RANU-C PROFESYONEL ÇATLAK DOLGU KİMYASALI

(SICAK UYGULAMALI) UZUN ÖMÜRLÜ YOLLAR İÇİN

Asfalt kaplamalarında oluşan yüzeysel çatlakları ve beton derzlerini doldurmak için kullanılan bitüm-polimer esaslı dolgu malzemesidir. 

Uygulama RANU-C uygulama sıcaklığı yaklaşık 170-180 ºC’dir. Soğuma ve ısıma sonrası segregasyon ve etki kaybı olabilir. Bu sebeple dikkatli şekilde ısıtılıp uygulama yapılmalıdır. Isıtma-eritme işlemi ½ oranında 180ºC ye kadar ısıtılarak iki kademeli olarak yapılır. Yarısı eriyen RANU-C’nin diğer yarısı da eklenerek tamamen eritilir. Isı fazla düşürülürse ürün aşırı koyulaşır, akmaz hale gelir ve derzleri uygun şekilde dolduramaz. Trafiğe maruz kalacak alanlarda RANU-C kürlendikten sonra üzerine ince kum serpilebilir. 

Kutulu 12 Kg üretilmektedir. 

RANU-C PROFESSIONAL CRACK FILLER CHEMICAL

(HOT APPLICATION) FOR LONG-LASTING ROADS

This is a bitumen-polymer based filler material used to fill surface cracks and concrete joints in asphalt pavements.

Application Temperature: The application temperature for RANU-C is approximately 170-180ºC. Segregation and loss of effectiveness may occur after cooling and heating. Therefore, it should be heated and applied carefully. The heating-melting process is done in two stages, heating to 180ºC at a ratio of 1/2. The other half of the RANU-C, which has melted, is added and completely melted. If the temperature is lowered too much, the product will thicken excessively, become non-flowing, and will not fill the joints properly. In areas exposed to traffic, fine sand can be sprinkled on RANU-C after it has cured.

It is produced in 12 kg boxes.
